Come as you are! You’ll see people dressed casually and others a little more dressed up. We want you to feel comfortable.

Parking is available on-site and our team will be happy to help you find a spot when you arrive.

Light Community Church is a church plant serving Northern Virginia. We are grateful to partner with Knollwood Community Church, which generously opens its doors for our Saturday gatherings. While we are two separate churches, we share a heart for reaching our community with the hope of Jesus.

We meet downstairs at Knollwood Community Church. When you arrive, our Welcome Team will be ready to greet you and guide you to our gathering space. Just look for the Light Community Church signs, and we’ll help you find your way.

Our services include worship, prayer, and practical Bible teaching that points people to Jesus.

Most services last about 60–75 minutes.

We offer a safe and fun environment where children can learn about Jesus in an age-appropriate way.

Yes! Students worship and serve alongside the rest of the church. As a church focused on the next generation, we believe students are not just the future of the church—they are an important part of the church today.

We gather on Saturdays at 6:00 PM because we want to reach all generations with the hope of the gospel. We know that many people work on Sundays, have changing schedules, or are simply looking for a place to belong. Meeting on Saturday provides another opportunity for people to worship, build authentic community, and grow in their relationship with Jesus.

Light Community Church is an autonomous, Bible-centered, evangelical church that partners with like-minded churches and ministries, including the NorthStar Church Network, NAMB | Send Network, and the Southern Baptist Conservatives of Virginia (SBCV). While we value these partnerships, our focus is simple: helping people know Jesus, grow in their faith, and make disciples.
